Indy Pulse Athletics

Mission

The mission of the Indy Pulse Athletics program is to provide the youth in our program a forum to reach their maximum potential by providing access to high levels of athletic competition. By leveraging the collective talents and resources of our partners, sponsors, community leaders, and volunteers, we will invest in our youth to develop their athletic, mental, social, and life skills so that they may become leaders among their peers and local community.

With PRIDE, PASSION, and PERSEVERANCE:
Develop their confidence as young men and women in order to perform at their highest level both on the court and in society. Show our investment into their success so they can learn how to achieve greatness.


UN-YIELDING and UN-SELFISH:
Give them the mental toughness to face the challenges in todays society and power through obstacles to their success. Also teaching them to provide and accept the right kind of assistance in order to succeed as a team.

Showing LEADERSHIP:
Increase there IQ in athletics which will transfer over to the classroom. Equip our youth with life skills helping them to make better real world decisions. Put strong role models in front of them so they too become role models among their peers.


with SPEED, STRENGTH, and SELF-CONFIDENCE:
Transform them physically in order to keep pace with the ever increasing demands on todays athletes. Provide them the physical  and mental capabilities to compete at the highest level on a consistent basis.


With ENERGY, ENDURANCE, and positive EMOTION:
Build up our athlete from their core, giving them the ability to "turn up" the level of intensity as needed to achieve success.

PURE:
Our training sessions and practices are geared to improve the mechanics of the player in order for the athlete to perform consistently.

UTILITY:
Our coaches teach our athletes core fundamentals to perform at 2 to 3 positions in the sport.

LIMITLESS:

Our program is geared to tap into the untapped potential inside each of our athletes allowing them to achieve the maximum potential of their unique abilities.

SMART:

As we train weekly, it will be evident thru the athlete's level of play and decision making that their sport's IQ has increased.

EFFORTLESS:

Using intense instruction and repetition, we hope our athletes begin to see the game in slow motion; giving them the competitive advantage to react to unexpected conditions and to execute 3 - 4 steps ahead of the play.
